* Trainees make the decisions
* The best trainees are influenceable,
by the Spirit of God and by experienced higher officers

There is a war against the Kingdom of Heaven in the earth. If we are not employed at both fighting the war and training the next generation to fight the war, we could be producing a generation of Solomons: early on, writers of some of the wisest literature ever produced by humanity (Proverbs), later on, writers of some of the most carnally-minded literature produced by humanity (Ecclesiastes).
