It is the exercise program that you will actually do. There may be 1476 other programs that have the potential for greater strength impact or weight loss or other changes in your life, but the one that you will actually do faithfully is the only one that will actually make any difference at all. It might be pitiful, but it will work better than all the rest, because you are not doing any of the rest.

Your level of awesomeness increases with investment. Invest time and energy and study and practice and you will be capable of awesome things next year that you couldn’t do last year. Keep working at improvement even a few minutes a day and you will be capable of things you can’t yet imagine. Or, maybe you can. All the more reason to real-ize the image.
