What is Real

The spirit world existed before the created world from which our bodies are made. In the beginning was God. Everything that has been created was made by Him and through Him and for Him.

The physical world is simply superimposed on the spirit world. The study of physics is an attempt to discover the laws that govern the physical world. The laws of the spirit world supersede the laws of the physical world. It is against the laws of earth to raise the dead. It is against the law to walk on water. It is against the law to walk through a wall. Jesus did all of these works. He said that we (at least the disciples He was talking to at the time) would do the same things He did and greater things.

If my country invades your country with power and authority, my laws become your laws. That is why so many people on the earth are victims of sharia – the laws formed from the writings of Mohammad. Murdering sons or daughters or wives is legal under many circumstances, according to sharia. That supersedes the laws of any nation in which there is power to enforce it.

We are citizens of the Kingdom of Heaven. Some of our culture and some of our laws can be imposed on the lower order of the physical world, even though they break the natural laws. That is called “supernatural.” What is real is what Jesus says. What is real is what He instructs us to do and to believe. What is real is the legal system of the Kingdom.

It isn’t lawless, but it is illegal on many occasions.
