You – Dead

But if, while seeking to be justified by Christ, we ourselves are also found to be sinners, is Christ then a promoter of sin? Absolutely not! If I rebuild those things that I tore down, I show myself to be a lawbreaker. For through the law I have died to the law, that I might live to God. I have been crucified with Christ; and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. The life I now live in the flesh, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself for me. I do not set aside the grace of God; for if righteousness comes through the law, then Christ died for nothing.

Is it true that you no longer live, but that Christ lives in you, and the life you are now living in the earth is being lived by faith in Jesus?

That, if it is true, should really affect every thought and deed and moment of rest. It should cause every thought and deed and moment of rest to be very intentionally under the influence and desire of the Christ, or a very weighty pause should be waiting on His instruction so that we can have the next thought or perform the next deed or take a moment to rest.

My life doesn’t seem to be matching that pattern quite yet. Hoping for improvement soon… Praying over you –

For you have died, and your life is hidden with the Messiah in God.
