The Kingdom and the Lord
The end of Luke’s narrative about the apostles of Jesus includes this information regarding Paul’s acts:
Then he stayed two whole years in his own rented house. And he welcomed all who visited him, proclaiming the kingdom of God and teaching the things concerning the Lord Jesus Christ with full boldness and without hindrance.

His “gospel” included the person of Jesus and the Kingdom of Jesus. I believe that our gospel is a protestant gospel. The Church of Rome calls believers who disagree with them “protestors” in an archaic term: protestant. We are trying to protect people more from Roman threats of hell than we are trying to invite them to Life in Christ Jesus.
Our good news should include truths that He is a King Who is worthy to be worshiped, a Lamb Who was sacrificed for sin, and an Example of how to live above the powers of the world.
