Victorious Losers

The only way you could start with the defeat of Jesus on the cross and then come to defeat yourself is if you surrender to someone or something other than Jesus. Jesus, in a position of defeat, defeated death and the grave and sin.

The only way forward from the position of having been defeated by sin for us is to lock steps with Jesus as He rose from death and was exalted to the throne of the universes. He has made us sit together there with Him, and to claim in our surrender to Him, that we cannot be defeated any longer, because nothing in the earth looks the way it does in eternity.
