Paying the Pain Price

Until my fingers have experienced the appropriate amount of pain, I will not become able to speak through my guitar. It will continue to hate me until I have sufficient callous on my fingertips to bear the weight of speaking through it. It is a wild horse that has not yet been broken and has not yet begun to trust me to tell it what to say.

How costly must it be to Yahweh to purchase the relationship through which He can say things in the earth through my life. How much pain has it already cost Him through the torture of the cross and the patience with my rebellion and distraction.

His pain price is finished. Mine continues. When I pay the portion that is mine, His ekklesia will benefit from the pain, and I will count it a good investment (Colossians 1:24).
