Your Inheritance

Therefore, be imitators of God, as dearly loved children. And walk in love, as the Messiah also loved us and gave Himself for us, a sacrificial and fragrant offering to God. But sexual immorality and any impurity or greed should not even be heard of among you, as is proper for saints. And coarse and foolish talking or crude joking are not suitable, but rather giving thanks. For know and recognize this: no sexually immoral or impure or greedy person, who is an idolater, has an inheritance in the kingdom of the Messiah and of God.

(Ephesians 5:1-5 Holman Christian Standard Bible ©®)

Usually, when you die, if you have any property, someone will inherit it. In the Kingdom of the Messiah and of God, what you accumulate in spiritual property becomes your own inheritance when you die! The more I surrender to the King for His use now, the more is set aside for me when I outlive my flesh. The more I am obedient now, the more authority I am rewarded with when I pass through death to become who I really am.
