One True God

Mohammad’s god is not Yahweh, the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. The only evidence there is that Mohammad had an encounter with a god is that Mohammad said so. The god he claims sent revelation to him is distant and likely to be disinterested. That god’s greatest promise to Muslims seems to be eternal life with a harem.

Yahweh has a desire to live in you. Not just as a Visitor, but to actually be so closely related to you that He is One with you. So close that when you speak to Him you are not shouting across creation to His throne, but thinking a thought to Him and listening for the thought He replies with.

When He is your Treasure, He will fill your heart.

“And do not seek what you should eat or what you should drink, nor have an anxious mind. For all these things the nations of the world seek after, and your Father knows that you need these things. But seek the kingdom of God, and all these things shall be added to you.
“Do not fear, little flock, for it is your Father’s good pleasure to give you the kingdom. Sell what you have and give alms; provide yourselves money bags which do not grow old, a treasure in the heavens that does not fail, where no thief approaches nor moth destroys. For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.”
