Shining, Burning
Something about our lives and our work, at least every other now and then, should look to someone else like a bush filled with flames but not being consumed. Something we say or do, or that we refuse to say or do, should seem new or different enough to make someone stop and pull over to look closer at what was previously unknown in their lives.
Every kid can influence another, younger kid. It doesn’t take much experience or skill or accuracy. You can influence people. Influence them to take more chances trusting Jesus. Influence them to talk with Him more often, or to begin to.
“You are the light of the world. A city situated on a hill cannot be hidden. No one lights a lamp and puts it under a basket, but rather on a lampstand, and it gives light for all who are in the house. In the same way, let your light shine before men, so that they may see your good works and give glory to your Father in heaven.”

You don’t have to argue theology. You don’t have to prove something is true. Just prove you believe it by living it. Be awesome.
