Changed Mind

Repentance (metanoia – Strong’s Greek word #3341) indicates a change of mind or a changed decision.

We need to repent regarding our misunderstanding and misapprehension of Who Jesus is.

We need to repent regarding our misunderstanding and misapprehension of who Jesus says we are.

We need to repent regarding our misunderstanding and misapprehension of why Jesus says we are alive in these days with the particular experiences, skills, relationships and resources He has given us.

We need to repent in these matters because our first thoughts in each category is almost always wrong, and when we have challenges against our faith in each category, we are almost always shaken.

When we get the answers right in our minds, and the answers affect our decisions and behaviors and our relationships, we will walk in powerful righteousness and we will change our surroundings so that they reflect the Kingdom of Jesus.
