Full Time Ministry
Far too many people have been tricked into “giving up their careers” to serve Jesus. The misinformation that the few who are chosen to actually serve Jesus are called out of the work they are good at, away from leadership in government and education and information and business has caused people to feel less spiritual for staying in their field, more spiritual for walking away from their field, and is the reason all those positions of leadership are dangerously close to being overrun by Marxists and other anti-Christ movements.
Each of us is called to full-time ministry. No matter what particular work we are called to, we will need a spiritual gift to do it properly, and our effect in the particular work may be rooted in Jesus manifesting through us as the Prophet, or the Pastor, or the Evangelist, or many other spiritual giftings.
Find the place He gives you life as you manifest His Life to others, by being yourself, but under His influence. Be filled. Be awesome.
I pray that He may grant you, according to the riches of His glory, to be strengthened with power through His Spirit in the inner man, and that the Messiah may dwell in your hearts through faith. I pray that you, being rooted and firmly established in love, may be able to comprehend with all the saints what is the length and width, height and depth of God’s love, and to know the Messiah’s love that surpasses knowledge, so you may be filled with all the fullness of God.
Now to Him who is able to do above and beyond all that we ask or think—according to the power that works in you—to Him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus to all generations, forever and ever. Amen.
