Are you more likely to forward a text or an email that is short and funny, or one that is long and life-imparting? Whatever your answer to that is, why is it the case? What do the people in your Contacts list need? Your answer should not be influenced by how may diplomas or licenses you have. Or don’t.

If you could help someone in Wal-Mart find the coffee aisle, you are also capable of helping someone with a prayer, or a word of encouragement, or at least a simple version of how to surrender their life to Jesus.

Every believer has an important contribution to the work of the King in the earth. We need to spend less time working on courage and more time working on work. Even a 3 year old child can lead a 2 year old. You don’t have to be a great leader to be an effective servant. Be awesome.
