Confused

There is an old proverb about confusion: Someone who is confused will confuse you.

Our God doesn’t author confusion, as Paul wrote to believers in Corinth (1 Corinthians 14:33). He authors peace!

He is, however, seemingly very fond of chaos. It is a fountain of rawness to Him from which He can author peace and wisdom and beauty and purpose and destiny. That may be why when He calls us to Canaan’s property we immediately enter the land of the scorpion. The chaos we encounter is usually a baptism through which we find the Author at work, being creative and wondersful. He only does wondrous things.

Psalm 136 describes the process a bit.

If we are confused, we should probably have a talk with Jesus to gain perspective and hope.
